With a career spanning four continents, my track record as an Area Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Board Member, General Manager, and Senior Department Head speaks to my financial and operational abilities. I have been recognized for market driven concept designs and development, and have always prioritized associates who are key to a successful business. Having begun my career as a foundational associate, I pride myself on my hands-on leadership style and staff appreciation, mentoring several dozen executives who are now in senior management positions in hotels and corporate headquarters, acting as specialists, area managers, and COOs.
